FP7 Overview

The Seventh Framework Program (FP7) will be fully operational as of 1 January 2007 and will expire in 2013. The total budget is 50521 M€, which will be in 3 successive calls.

FP7 includes the following thematic areas:

• Information and Communication Technologies
• Nanosciences, Nanotechnologies,
  Materials and new Production Technologies
• Energy
• Environment (including Climate Change)
• Transport (including Aeronautics)
